Crawfish Etouffee 11

2 pounds peeled crawfish
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of shrimp soup
Seasonings to taste:
Salt, pepper, onions, peppers, garlic

Saute seasonings in soups until wilted. Add tails and water (amount depends on consistency you like).

Cook 15 minutes and simmer. Serve over rice or toast points.

Serves: 4-5
