Preheat oven to 375F. Split cleaned shrimp down the middle. Season with Creole seasoning, sugar and Italian seasoning. In a medium mixing bowl, break 2 eggs, add milk and whip until eggs and milk are blended. Preheat cooking oil on a medium flame. While oil is heating continue by mixing bread crumbs and fish fry in a zip lock bag. Dunk shrimps in egg mixture, drop in ziplock bag and shake until shrimp are covered with batter. Fry for about 12 minutes, 6 minutes on each side or until copper brown. While shrimp is still hot sprinkle on Romano cheese.
