Tuna or Crab Fritters

2 cups all-purpose biscuit mix
1 egg
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
2/3 cup evaporated milk
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 small onion, minced
1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
1-1/2 cups crab meat, pressed dry or use tuna, pressed dry

Blend biscuit mix, seasoned salt, egg, and lemon juice. Add remaining ingredients and blend well. Drop into hot fat and fry until brown, turning often. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot, plain or with cheese sauce. If made small. Serve as an appetizer
