Cajun Crawfish Rice-a-Roni
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 pound crawfish tells
- 1/2 cup onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup bell Popper, chopped
- 4 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 package Spanish Rice-A-Rani
- Red pepper and salt to taste
Cook Rice-A-Roni according to package. While rice is cooking, saute crawfish, onion, bell pepper and garlic in butter. Add seasonings and saute until crawfish are cooked. Add Rice-A-Ron1ito crawfish mixture. Serve hot.
Serves 6-8.
