Shrimp Spinach

1 pound shrimp
1 bunch fresh spinach
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon dry tarragon
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon coriander
Salt and pepper to taste
Pasta, cooked and hot

Pat cleaned shrimp with dry spices and put a little olive oil over them. Put 1 tablespoon olive oil in pan and heat. Add spinach and cook until limp. Salt and pepper to taste. Spoon spinach onto plate. Set aside. Put 1 tablespoon olive oil in pan and heat. saute shrimp for 1-1/2 minutes on each side. Place hot pasta on serving platter. Spoon spinach over pasta and top with shrimp.
