Crab and Shrimp Creole Deluxe
- 1 lb peeled shrimp
- 6 cleaned crabs & claws
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 lb butter
- 3 tbs flour
- 1/2 bunch onion tops, chopped
- 1 tsp McCormick Season All
- 6 dashes Tabasco
- 1-1/2 cups water
Brown crabs & shrimp in butter for 8-10 minutes. Add water, flour and all other ingredients. Cook on low fire for 20 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes. Then serve over cooked rice or french bread.
