Chinese Vegetables
- Meatless
- 2 cups Sliced Celery
- 1 cup Sliced Onion
- 2 tbs Peanut Oil
- One 10 oz Can Chicken Broth
- One 16 oz Can Bean Sprout
- 1/3 cup Bamboo Shoots
- 1/3 cup Water Chestnut
- 2 tbs Cornstarch
- 1 tbs Soy Sauce
- Cooked Rice
*** In a skillet or wok, cook diagonally sliced celery and onion in oil till tender. Add remaining ingredients except rice. Cook over low heat, stirring till thickened. Serve over rice with additional soy sauce.
