*** Combine sugar, salt, soy sauce and vinegar; set aside. Heat wok over high heat 30 seconds. Add planters peanut oil. Reduce heat to medium. Add red pepper and stir-fry 5 seconds. Add cabbage; stir-fry 5 minutes. Stir the soy sauce mixture and pour over cabbage. Turn heat to high. Stir until well mixed. Serve immediately.
