Spinach Spaghetti

4-6 slices bacon, crumbled
Hot, cooked thin spaghetti
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup Half and Half
2 packages frozen creamed or chopped spinach, thawed and drained
2 tablespoons butter
2-3 Cloves garlic, minced

Saute garlic in butter until lightly browned. Remove and discard garlic. Add spinach, half and half; bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat; add Parmesan cheese. Mix well and stir constantly. Cook for 8-10 minutes. Serve sauce over spaghetti and toss. Sprinkle with bacon.

Serve with salad and French bread for a quick meal.
