Baked Beans IV
- 1/2 pound turkey sausage
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- One 15-ounce can red kidney beans
- One 15-ounce can butter beans
- One 15-ounce can dark red kidney beans
- One 15-ounce can small white beans
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350F. Cook sausage, then drain well. Drain all beans well. Add to sausage with remaining ingredients. Add onion tops and parsley flakes. Pour into a baking dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray Bake in pre-heated 350F oven for 1 hour.
