Corn and Broccoli Bake

One 16-ounce can cream-style corn
One 10-ounce package frozen corn
One 8 ounce box broccolli cuts, thawed and drained
One 12 cup Ritz crackers, crushed and divided
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
Dash of salt and pepper
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted

Preheat oven to 350F. In a bowl combine corn, cooked broccoli, 1/4 cup crackers, egg, onion and pepper.

Place in a greased 1-1/2-quart baking dish. Combine butter and remaining crackers. Sprinkle over top. Bake 45 minutes. Note: Use the best cream style corn brand of your choice.
