Autumn Corn Bake
- Two 10 oz pkg frozen corn, thawed, drained
- 1/2 lb process cheese spread, cubed
- 1/4 cup cornmeal
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tbs margarine, melted
- 2 tbs finely chopped green pepper
- Dash of pepper
Combine ingredients; mix lightly. Spoon into 1-1/2 quart casserole; cover. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
