Carrot Souffle
- One 16 oz can carrots
- 1/4 lb margarine
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbs flour
- 1 tsp vanilla
Drain carrots, melt margarine, add carrots and put in blender. Add rest of ingredients and blend. Pour into greased casserole. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
