Crunchy Vegetables on Crunchy Oat Bread

- 1 cup alfalfa sprouts
- 1 cup diced ripe avocado
- 1/4 cup sliced green onion
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup plain, non-fat yogurt
- 1 tsp soy sauce*
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1 med tomato, sliced
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 8 slices crunchy oat sandwich bread
In a bowl, combine first 8 ingredients; blend well. Spread filling on 4 slices bread. Top with tomato and lettuce, then remaining bread.
Makes 4 servings.
