Herbed Crowned Tomatoes

1/2 tbsp. soybean oil margarine, softened
1/4 cup bottled Italian dressing
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp dry sweet basil
3 large tomatoes, cut in half

In a small bowl, combine margarine, Italian dressing, cheese, and basil until well blended.

Makes 3/4 cup of topping.

Spread approximately 1 tsp of mixture on the cut side of each tomato half. Place in 10x6 inch baking dish and broil until mixture bubbles. Serve immediately.

Serves 6.
