Zucchini Pasta Bake

1-1/2 cups uncooked pasta tubes
1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper
1 tsp dried basil, crushed
One 18 oz can zucchini with Italian-style tomato sauce
1 cup (4 oz) shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Cook pasta according to package directions, drain. In large skillet, cook beef with onion and garlic, drain. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in basil and zucchini with tomato sauce. Place pasta in 8-inch square baking dish. Top with meat mixture. Bake at 350F for 15 minutes. Top with cheese. Bake 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Serves 4.

To Microwave:
After assembling all ingredients except the cheese, cover and microwave on Roast or 80% power for 15 or 16 minutes until hot. Top with cheese. Let stand covered 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
