Mushrooms in Sauce

1/2 cup Chopped Mushrooms
4 tbs Butter
1-1/2 cups Hot Beef Broth
1/2 cup Chopped Onions
1/2 cup Sweet (Sangria) Wine
2 tsp Flour
To Taste Salt
To Taste Pepper
To Taste Paprika

*** Saute mushrooms and onions in butter. Add broth and wine and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes. Mix flour with some of the above to remove lumps. Add to sauce and season to taste. Simmer slowly for a while for flavors to meld.

Cocktail Meatballs
2 lb. Ground Chuck
1/2 cup Fine Bread Crumbs
1 tbs Dried Parsley
1 tsp Red Pepper
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Onion Salt
Celery Salt
Garlic Salt
1/4 tsp Oregano
1 Egg Lightly Beaten

*** Mix all ingredients and shape into small balls. Place on greased cookie sheet and chill for 1 hour or longer. Bake at 450F for 9 minutes.
