Beef and Nutty Blue Cheese Sandwiches

1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese
2 tbsp. ea. finely chopped toasted walnuts and chives
Lettuce leaves
12 oz. thinly sliced grilled butterflied eye round roast
4 Kaiser rolls, toasted

Combine blue cheese, walnuts and chives in small bowl. Divide lettuce and beef among bottom halves of rolls. Sprinkle equal amounts of blue cheese mixture over beef. Close sandwiches with roll tops.

Makes 4 servings.

NOTE: If desired, add small amount of milk to blue cheese mixture to make of spreading consistency.
