Chicken Vegetable Snacks

One 8 oz pkg shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup finely chopped cooked chicken
1 cup finely chopped fresh broccoli
3/4 cup picante sauce
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
12 flour tortillas (7-8 inch)
1/4 cup butter or margarine melted
Dairy sour cream (optional)

Combine cheese, chicken, broccoli, picante sauce and green onions. Brush one side of each tortilla with melted butter. Place 1/4 cup cheese mixture down center of unbuttered side of tortilla. Roll up. Place seam side down on foil-lined cookie sheet. Bake in preheated 475F oven 14 to 16 minutes or until golden brown and crisp. Serve with sour cream and additional picante sauce.
