Shrimp Butter

Two 6-ounce cans shrimp, drained well
1 tbsp. minced onion
Juice of 1 lemon
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
3/8 lb butter or margarine
8-ounces cream cheese, room temperature

Cream margarine or butter and cream cheese until smooth. Add other ingredients. Good as dip or on crackers.
