Turkey Pepper Appetizer

1/4 lb margarine
4 chopped jalapeno peppers
1 medium bell peppers, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cups cream of mushroom soup
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
3 cups chopped turkey breast
4 tablespoons Italian dressing
Parsley flakes

In a 2 quart sauce pan, melt margarine. Add peppers, onions, mushroom soup and bread crumbs. Saute for about 15 minutes on medium heat. Remove from heat and add chopped turkey and Italian dressing. Stir well and serve. Garnish with parsley flakes and pimentos. Serve with your favorite crackers or celery slices.

Serves 10-12.
