Grate the Old English cheese and the Roquefort together with the onion.
Mix in the cream cheese and finely chopped nuts. Shape in a round ball. Roll in fresh parsley leaves. Decorate with tiny strips of pimiento. Wrap and store in refrigerator until ready to serve. Place in the center of a pretty dish and surround with sesame seed crackers or chips.
