Herbed Deviled Eggs

6 hard cooked eggs
3 tbs dry curd cottage cheese
2 tbs low-fat plain yogurt
1 tbs onion, finely chopped
1 tsp Dijon-style mustard
1/2 tsp, dried parsley
1/4 tsp di1l weed
1/8 tsp garlic powder
Dash hot pepper sauce
Salt and pepper to taste (optional)

Cut eggs in half. In a small bowl, mash half of yolks together with cottage cheese and yogurt. Reserve remaining yolks for another use, or discard. Stir in remaining ingredients. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Fill 12 egg white halves with mixture. Chill before serving.
