Mexican Dip

3/4 lb Monterey Jack or mild Cheddar cheese, cubed
1 cup salsa

In a 1-quart microwave safe bowl mix the cheese cubes and salsa. Cover and cook on medium for five minutes or until the cheese has melted. Halfway through the cooking time, stir the mixture.

Serve the dip in a bowl with a basket of tortilla chips. Raw vegetable slices can be used for dipping.
