Muffaleta

3 lb raw onions
Two 12 oz cans black olives
One 8 oz can green olives, pieces & stems
Two 8 oz cans mushrooms, pieces & stems
1 stalk celery
3 med bell peppers
9 lb beef
One lb pork
10 loaves frozen bread
1 lb American cheese
1 lb Cheddar cheese (mild)
1 lb Cheddar cheese (sharp)
2 lb Mozzarella cheese
1 lb Colby cheese
1 large can parmesan cheese
1 can parsley flakes
16 oz jar picante sauce
Two 16 oz jars pizza sauce

Cook seasoned meat, 1-1/2 lb chopped onions, celery, bell pepper, cool. Combine olives, mushrooms, and 1-1/2 lb chopped onions. Combine cheeses. Combine pizza sauce and picante sauce. Butter table and spread split bread on table. Put picante sauce mix, meat mix, onion mix and top with cheeses. Sprinkle with parsley flakes and parmesan cheese. Fold bread over all mixes. Spread butter on top. Put in cookies sheet and let rise. Bake at 350F for 25 to 30 minutes.
