Neapolitan Wedges

1 loaf (about 8 oz) frozen garlic bread
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp dried basil leaves, crushed
10 oz cooked Chunk white chicken
1/3 cup roasted red pepper cut in match stick-thin strips
1/3 cup sliced pitted ripe olives
1 tbs grated Parmesan cheese

Prepare garlic bread according to package directions. Meanwhile, Stir together mayonnaise and basil. Add chicken; toss gently to coat. Split garlic bread in half lengthwise. On cookie sheet, place bread cut-side up. Spread each half evenly with chicken mixture; top with peppers, olives and cheese. Broil 4 inches from heat, 3 minutes or until bubbling. Cut into 1 inch slices.

Makes 4 main dish or 24 appetizer servings.
