Roquefort and Apple Spread

6 oz Roquefort or blue cheese, crumbled
One 3 oz pkg cream cheese, cubed and softened
1/4 cup butter, softened
3 Tbs dry sherry
1/2 Cup chopped walnuts
Konriko Original Brown Rice Cakes
Thin apple slices
Lemon slices

Combine first four ingredients in a food processor or electric mixer bowl; blend until smooth. Stir in walnuts. Spread mixture on rice cakes. Dip apple slices in lemon juice; drain, and arrange on cheese mixture.

Yield: 1-3/4 cups.
