Sausage Cheese Balls 2

1 lb bulk hot sausage
3 cup biscuit mix
1 lb sharp cheese, grated (room temperature)

Mix together with fingers. Roll into bite-sized balls and bake or freeze. When frozen, package in freezer bags. Bake on cookie sheet in 300F oven 20-25 minutes.

Makes about 120 walnut-sized balls.
