Shrimp Mold 4

2 cans tomato soup
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup ground onions
1 cup ground celery
2 or 3 lb shrimp (boiled and ground)
4 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1 cup boiling water from shrimp
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp soda
1/4 cup lemon Juice
Hot sauce and salt to taste

Bring soup to a boll. Mash cream cheese and add to soup mixture on low fire. Add shrimp, onions, celery and lemon juice. Dissolve gelatin in cup of boiling water from shrimp. Add to soup mixture. Remove from heat, add mayonnaise, soda and hot sauce. Pour in greased mold. Set in refrigerator overnight.
