Tapanade Spread

1 can (6-3/4 oz) tuna, drained
1 can (2 oz) flat anchovies, drained
1 cup pitted black olives
1/4 cup capers, drained
2 tbs olive oil
2 tbs mayonnaise
1 tbs brandy
1/4 tsp Tabasco pepper sauce
Lemon and parsley for garnish (optional)

In container of food processor or electric blender combine tuna, anchovies, olives and capers; process with pulsing motion 3 or 4 seconds until mixture is blended, but not smooth. Remove to mixing bowl; stir in oil, mayonnaise, brandy and Tabasco sauce. Spoon into serving bowl; garnish with lemon slice and parsley, if desired. Serve with crackers or crudities.

Yield: About 1 cup.
