Tuna Dip

3 cans tuna (in vegetable oil not spring water)
3 cans golden mushroom soup
3 chopped onions
3 chopped green bell peppers
3/8 lb butter
Red pepper to suit your taste
Pinch of garlic

Saute onions and bell pepper till onions are transparent, about 20 minutes on low heat. Then add tuna, continue heating for about 5 minutes, flake your tuna fish with a fork, you don't want chunky tuna. Now add your golden mushroom soup and red pepper and garlic. Simmer for 20 minutes on low heat.

You can prepare ahead 1 or 2 days before you serve.

Serves 20 to 30 guests.
