Cheese Pita

10-12 eggs
1 pound Feta cheese, crumbled
One 8 ounce package cream cheese
1 small container cottage cheese
1 package Phyllo dough
1/2 to 3/4 lb butter

Preheat oven to 350F. Mix eggs and all cheeses until they resemble scrambled eggs. Apply melted butter to all sides of pan. Unwrap sheets of dough. (Keep sheets covered until ready to use). Put six sheets in pan with butter between each one. Spread 1/2 cup mixture evenly on top of sheets. Apply 2 more sheets with butter between each and put another 1/2 cup mixture over them, Again add 2 sheets with 1/2 cup mixture. After egg mixture is used, place 4 sheets with butter between and on top. Sprinkle with water. Bake approximately 45 minutes to one hour. Top will rise, but settle when cool. Bake until golden brown. Cool to cut into squares. Serve cooled. May be served as an appetizer.
