Bread 2

2 cups lukewarm water
1 dry yeast
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
4 cups all-purpose flour

Dilute yeast into warm water. Add sugar, salt, gradually add flour, mix thoroughly. Knead for 5 minutes. Let set in warm place for 20 minutes. Roll into loaves in pans. Let rise for 30 minutes. Bake in 400F oven for 25 minutes. Butter top.

Yield: 2 large loaves or 4 small loaves.
