Creole Cheese Dumplings

1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup flour
3 tbs butter
4 eggs
1 cup cottage cheese
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Cream the butter and add egg yolks. Beat thoroughly until a creamy mixture is reached. Add seasonings and fold in the cottage cheese. (Cheese should be pressed through a strainer). Add flour and bread crumbs and mix thoroughly. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Form into dumplings and drop into rapidly boiling salted water, meat stock, or vegetable stock. Cover and allow to boil about 12 minutes. Remove and serve vegetables or spaghetti.
