6 Cooked Slices Bacon
3 Egg
1/2 cup Shredded Swiss Cheese
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 cup Minced Onion
1/4 tsp Sugar
Dash Cayenne
1 Deep Frozen Pie Shell
1 cup Light Cream

*** Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in bottom of frozen pie shell. Beat together eggs, cream and seasonings. Pour egg mixture into pie shell. Bake in preheated 425F oven for 15 minutes on bottom shelf. Reduce temperature to 325F and continue baking 20 minutes or till knife inserted comes out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.

Yield: 6 Servings
