Beef and Rice Casserole

1/2 cup uncooked rice
1 chopped bell pepper
1 can chicken w/rice soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 lb. ground meat
1 cup diced union
1 cup diced celery

Utensils: large skillet

Preheat/bake Oven: 350F. Cook beef, pepper, celery, onion and seasonings until browned. Combine soups and rice in separate saucepan; simmer for 25 minutes. Mix ingredients together in large, greased casserole dish. Bake for 30 minutes.
