Pork Chop Casserole 2

6 thick-cut pork chops
1 large onion (sliced)
3 medium potatoes (peeled and sliced)
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Preheat oven to 400F. Brown and drain pork chops. Layer ingredients in large casserole dish in order listed, except soup. Repeat layers until all is used. Pour soup over mixture and cook, in a 400 degree F oven for 1-1/2 hours. Serve with a salad and rolls.

Serves 6.
