Broccoli and Rice Casserole

1 package frozen broccoli
1 stick butter (1/4 lb)
1 jar Cheese Whiz
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup cooked rice

Preheat oven at 350F. Melt butter in skillet. Add broccoli and stir until thawed. Cook rice in 1 cup water, When rice is done, add soup and cheese and stir well. Add sauteed broccoli mix, Pour into casserole dish. Bake until bubbly, about 25-30 minutes.

Serves 5-6.
