Pork Chop Bavarian Casserole

4 to 6 lean pork chops
1 pound bacon
One 16-ounce can sauerkraut
1 onion sliced
4 to 6 potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 can stewed tomatoes Caraway seeds

Preheat oven to 350 F. Layer all ingredients in a 11 x 15 inch pan in the following order: bacon, sauerkraut, pork chops. onion slices, potato slices, and mashed stewed tomatoes. Sprinkle top with caraway seeds. Bake 1 hour and 40 minutes covered. Uncover and bake 20 minutes.

Serves 4-6.
