Shrimp Broccoli Rice Casserole

1/8 lb margarine
1 onion, chopped
1 rib celery, chopped
1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
1 pound shrimp, peeled
One 10 ounce-package frozen broccoli
1 can cream of shrimp soup
1 small jar Cheek Whiz
1-1/2 cups cooked rice
Tabasco (to taste)
1 cup plain bread crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350F. In a large skillet, saute onions, celery and bell pepper in margarine until vegetables are clear. Add shrimp and saute until shrimp are pink. Cook broccoli according to package directions and drain well. Mix broccoli with soup and cheese. Add to shrimp and vegetables. Stir in rice. Season and mix well. Put into a greased casserole dish and top with bread crumbs. Bake 45 minutes. Serve with salad and garlic bread.
