Quick Crawfish Casserole

1 teaspoon butter or margarine
1/2 cup bell pepper
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup onion tops
1 jar pimentos
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pound crawfish
1 package of casserole noodles
Tony Chachere's seasoning, to taste
1 cup bread crumbs

Preheat oven 300F. Boil noodles according to package directions. In skillet over medium heat, saute bell peppers, onions and onion tops in butter until tender. Add pimentos, Cheddar cheese soup, cream of mushroom soup and crawfish. Cook for 10 minutes stirring constantly Add seasoning to taste. Next add about 1/3 cup of bread crumbs into skillet and stir in with rest of ingredients. Add cooked noodles to skillet. Stir well. Place in a 9 x 12 inch casserole baking dish. Add the rest of the bread crumbs to the top of the casserole. Bake for 20 minutes.
