Hominy Casserole

1 stick margarine

1 onion, chopped

1 green pepper, chopped

1 jar (4-1/2 ounces) Green Giant sliced mushrooms

2 cans (29-oz, and 15-oz. can) white hominy, drained

1 jar (8 ounces) jalapeno Cheese Whiz

1 (2-1/4 ounces) sliced ripe olives

Preheat/bake Oven: 300F.

Saute:
margarine, onion, pepper, mushrooms. Stir in white hominy Cheese Whiz and olives. Mix well; pour into buttered casserole. Bake.
