String Bean Casserole

3 cups diced Irish potatoes
1 small onion, chopped
1 large can string beans
1/2 pound mild Mexican Velveeta cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
Bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 350F. Boil potatoes and onions in string bean liquid about 10 minutes. Add string beans. Cook an additional 10 minutes. Add cheese. Mix well. Pour into Pyrex dish. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes. Serve hot.

Serves 10.
