Jalapeno Black Eyed Pea Casserole

1 pound ground meat
1 onion
1 bell pepper
2 cups rice, cooked
1 can black-eyed peas
1 can Rotel with 1/2 juice
1 jar Cheez Whiz

Preheat oven to 350F. Brown ground meat, onion and bell pepper. In a large casserole dish mix rice, peas, Rotel juice and Cheez Whiz. Then mix in meat mixture, stirring well. Season to taste. Bake for 30-45 minutes.
