Spinach Artichoke Casserole

Four 10-ounce packages frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
Two 8-ounce packages cream cheese
One 7-3/4-ounce can artichokes, drained and quartered
One 9-ounce can water chestnuts, sliced and drained
1-1/2 teaspoons onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese (reserve for sprinkling on top)

Preheat oven to 350F. Place into 8 x 8 or 9 x 13 inch baking dish. If two small baking dishes are used, one can be frozen for later use. Mix all ingredients together, reserving Parmesan cheese for top. Put into greased dish. Bake 40 minutes. Ingredients may be assembled night before for baking the following day.

Serves 10-12.
