Broccoli Rice Casserole 1

3/4 cup each chopped onions and celery
2 tbs butter or margarine
3 cups cooked rice
1 pkg (10 oz) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 can (10-3/4 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
4 oz pasteurized process cheese spread
1/4 tsp each salt and ground black pepper
1/8 tsp hot pepper sauce
1/2 cup (2 oz) grated Cheddar cheese

In large skillet cook onions and celery in butter until tender crisp. Add remaining ingredients except grated cheese. Spoon into buttered 1-1/2 to 2 quart baking dish. Bake at 350F for 35 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Top with grated cheese. Bake 3 minutes longer, or until cheese melts.

Makes 6 servings.

Honey-Glazed Ham, Radish Slaw, Crescent Rolls, Lemon Bavarian.
