Cabbage Seafood Dressing Casserole

1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup red pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 tsp red pepper
1 cube seafood broth
2 tbs gravy sauce
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 large boiled cabbage, chopped
4 cups hot cooked rice
1 lb fresh dressing mix
1 lb ground pork
1/2 cup dry shrimp, chopped fine
1 lb fresh shrimp, whole
1/2 cup crab meat, chopped
1/2 cup bread crumbs

In large skillet, add 1/4 cup vegetable oil, heat 1 minute. Add onion, green pepper, red pepper, garlic and celery. Cook until vegetables are tender. Stir in dressing mix and ground pork. Stir in gravy sauce. Add salt, black pepper and red pepper. Continue cooking until meat is no longer pink. Add whole shrimp, chopped dry shrimp, chopped crab meat and seafood broth. Cook 5 minutes longer Drain extra fat. In large mixing bowl, add all cooked ingredients, and cooked rice and boil chopped cabbage. Mix well. Pour into large baking square pan, sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Place uncovered in a 350F oven for 7 minutes.
