Crabmeat Casserole 3

2 cups onions, chopped
1/2 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced
1-1/2 lb boiled shrimp
1 lb crabmeat
1/4 lb butter or margarine
8 oz vermicelli
1 cup sour cream
1-1/2 cups chicken broth
1 cup Sharp Cheddar cheese, grated

Saute first three ingredients in butter. Cook vermicelli until tender, drain. Add sour cream and chicken broth. Combine with sauteed ingredients and 1/2 cup cheese. Season with salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and Tabasco. Top with 1/2 cup grated cheese. Bake at 350F for 35-40 minutes uncovered
