Crabmeat Casserole 7

3 large onions
1/2 bell pepper
1/2 cup celery (optional)
1/8 lb margarine or butter

Cook until wilted.

Add to:
1 lb crabmeat
1 can cream of mushroom
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 beaten egg
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix well. Put in buttered casserole dish and bake 45 minutes at 350F. Tuna, chicken, shrimp may be substituted.
