Ham and Cheese Quiche

1 cup cooked ham, chopped
1 pie shell, pre-baked about 8 minutes
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Velveeta cheese
3 eggs
1/2 cup whipping cream
Hot sauce to taste
Favorite seasonings -- onions, celery, bell pepper, etc.

Sprinkle Velveeta and Cheddar Cheese in pie crust. Put ham in and add egg mixture. Bake about 25 to 35 minutes in a 375F oven until eggs are cooked.
